Registration   - Online Registration Is Now Closed

How to Register:

 

1.     Click on the Relevant Registration button on left hand navigation bar

2.     Complete the on-line registration form

3.     Press “submit”

4.     Your registration will be forwarded to the Conference Secretariat and downloaded directly onto the database

5.     The data that you input will appear on your registration record on the official Conference database

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

1.     Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

2.     Payment is due prior to the start of the Conference.

3.     An invoice with the Conference bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration.
       Please make payment once you have received this invoice to assist us with identifying your payment in the
       Conference bank account.

4.     Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and
       been identified in the Conference bank account. 

5.     Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to:  Carolyn Ackermann, caro@soafrica.com, F:  011-463-3265.

6.     Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegates being paid for, with their unique pin
       numbers.  (Name, Surname, pin number).

7.     All payments must be made payable to WISA.

8.     Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.

9.     On-line registrations will close on Friday, 8 May 2009.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

1.     All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat.

2.     Cancellations received before Friday, 27 February 2009 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.

3.     Cancellations received between Friday, 27 February 2009 and Friday, 17 April 2009 will receive a 50% refund.

4.     No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, 17 April 2009.

5.     All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference.

NB:  This option is only open to bona fide FULL TIME students in a field of study related to Membrane Technology or it applications.  Proof of registration is to be provided indicating the list of subjects currently being studied (student card is not acceptable). Only 30 subsidised places available

 All reasonable dietary requests will be catered for.  Please indicate your preference on the registration form.

All venues at Spier have disability access.  Please indicate your requirements on the registration form.

-          Details of delegates could be made available to sponsors for once off use after the Conference

         delegates
